This month we feature Pebble Creek in the greater Phoenix area. We note that Greater Phoenix boasts a major international airport, five professional sports teams (NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL and MLS), a great university, 300 sunny days each year, a strong economy, much lower cost of living and a low state income tax.
